Fees & PaymentITSM CENTER d.o.o. must receive payment with each registration. Your place at a workshop is not confirmed until you receive formal confirmation from ITSM CENTER d.o.o. Course fees are charged in the currency specified for the course selected.
Substitutions & Cancellations
You can substitute an alternate attendee from your organization at any time for no additional charge. Email to ITSM CENTER d.o.o. no later than 15 days prior to an event's start date to receive a refund or course credit.
Refunds are not available when a cancellation is made less than 15 days before an event's start date.
Participants canceling in this time frame will receive a credit towards another ITSM CENTER d.o.o. event or workshop or a refund, minus an administration fee. Course credits are valid for six months.
Administration Fees and re-scheduling
Administration fee is 50,00 EUR + VAT.
ITSM CENTER d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops or events.
If an attendee fails to attend, no course credit or refund is provided. The course price is fully charged. Atendee can attend course on other scheduled dates. Administration fee is charged.
